The CO+I Supply Chain Planning & Analytics team is seeking a Director Planning Infrastructure - Systems Applications and Productswith an interest in data, analytics, process improvements, helping others, technology, and operations. You would join a team that works to deliver and evolve a holistic Datacenter performance management platform for CO+I leadership to help the organization make better business decisions.

Responsibilities
As a Data Planning Infrastructure steward in the datacenter build & lease domain, you will be responsible for supporting digital transformation initiatives to accomplish CO+I Objectives and Key Results. You will ensure the availability, accuracy, and integrity of processes and data required for successful project execution. This role requires an understanding of process improvement, data management principles, and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support digital transformation initiatives to accomplish CO+I Objectives and Key Results, as the Data Architect for Supply Chain CO+I.
- Assist with the architectural design, development, and administration of data management solutions that align with business requirements.
- Collaborate effectively with business users, Center of Excellence, and Software Engineering teams to create end-to-end data integrations, while ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability between different systems and platforms used within CO+I.
- Assist with data extraction, data cleansing, and data validation within the digital transformation projects.
- Drive consistency and efficiency in data standardization, utilizing data analysis techniques, such as data mining, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling, to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for process improvement within CO+I data management.
- Coordinate with cross-functional technical teams to ensure proper error handling visibility and tooling is available for data corrections and process improvements.
- Assist with facilitating end user adoption for digital transformation projects.
Ensure data privacy, security, and compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices specific to data within CO+I's system landscape.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Operations, Finance, or related field AND 8+ years experience in Data Science/Analytics, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or Project Management with a Supply Chain or Operations field
- OR equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience in resource planning of large scale capital projects
- 8+ years Supply Chain Planning Model Development experience.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledgeable in datacenter infrastructure, or equivalent, standards and practices.
- 8+ years of experience in business, Supply Chain, process improvement or related organization.
- Operations experience - Sales ops, manufacturing ops, Commercial SCM ops (Demand and supply planning, logistics)
- Power Platform/Powershell/RPA (robotic process automation, e.g. UIPath, MS Power Automate Desktop) - basic
- Understanding of data taxonomy, databases, ER diagrams - basic
- Technical knowledge, ideally with experience in multiple supply chain sectors and industries
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, solve complex challenges, and operate in a fast-paced team environment.
- Data Architecture experience
Integrated Business Planning IC6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $124,800 - $266,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $159,000 - $292,200 per year.
