Director Of Sales And Operations

Responsibilities:

• Call incoming leads, explain the process and set up appointments and schedule them.
• Welcome all customers on arrival, understand their treatment needs, figure out the best treatment plans, create the best bundles and discounts and sell them the right treatment package.
• Qualify them in a few minutes on interest-free and with interest-financing options with our financing partners (usually takes a few minutes).
• Effectively suggest solutions for their reasoning for why they cannot afford the treatments. And apply additional discounts as possible and necessary.
• Set up the treatments and schedule them for their future treatments.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients
• Maintain accurate records of Sales activities and customer interactions
• Plan and direct the operations of the location, customer schedules and best practices
• Be the Director of the location in terms of all people and customer related matters
• Hire and retain the best talent to provide exceptional services to our customers
• Assist with other operational projects as needed by the owners

Requirements:
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Proven experience in sales or a related field, preferably in a beauty and wellness retail environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools (will be trained)
- High level of motivation and self-drive to achieve sales targets

Pay: $150,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
