Job Description
As the Director of Product Management for residential and Business services, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our product offerings. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for setting product strategy, developing a robust roadmap, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and competitive solutions. This is a pivotal role that requires a seasoned professional with a track record of success in managing telecommunications products, a strong executive presence, and the ability to present to senior leadership and the board of directors.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy to drive growth and profitability in the Residential and Business Services division.
- Create a clear product roadmap that aligns with the company’s overall business goals and objectives.
- Continuously analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine and enhance product offerings.
- Work closely with the acquisition team to identify potential partnerships, mergers, or acquisitions that can enhance our product portfolio.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure product alignment with sales goals and strategies.
- Foster strong relationships with Engineering, Design, and Operations teams to ensure successful product development and launches.
- Take ownership of the P&L for the Residential and Business Services division, managing budgets, and making data-driven decisions to maximize profitability.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth.
- Present product strategies, updates, and performance metrics to senior leadership.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products to both internal and external audiences.

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Product Management, with a strong focus on telecommunications products for residential and business services.
- Proven track record of managing products through their entire lifecycle, from ideation to market launch and post-launch optimization.
- Experience with P&L responsibility and a deep understanding of financial metrics related to Product Management.
- Exceptional executive presence with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong technical acumen in fiber-based network infrastructure and customer premise solutions.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
