We are looking for an individual that will possess key characteristics to assist in shaping our product strategy and ensuring its successful execution.

Position:

As the Director of Product Management, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing product strategies that align with the company's goals and market needs. You will lead a team of Product managers, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and drive initiatives to ensure successful product delivery.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the company's overall objectives and market demands.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Product managers, providing guidance, support, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Define and maintain the product roadmap, outlining key milestones, timelines, and resources required for successful product launches.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive landscapes, informing product decisions.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure alignment and successful execution of Product initiatives.
  • Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback, data analysis, and market trends, ensuring maximum impact on user satisfaction and business goals.
  • Coordinate and oversee product launches, collaborating with marketing and sales teams to create effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success, regularly analyze metrics, and iterate on strategies based on insights.
  • Communicate product strategies, updates, and roadmaps effectively to internal stakeholders, executives, and external partners.
Requirements:
  • Degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related fields preferred.
  • 8-years of experience in Product Management, with at least 5-years in a leadership role.
  • Ability to think strategically and translate strategies into actionable plans that drive product success.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, market research, and using insights to drive product decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapting to changing prioritie
  • Up to 25% travel
