Position:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Product Management to lead our Team Sports Apparel division. You will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction and success of our product portfolio. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Product Management, a deep understanding of the apparel market, and a proven track record of launching successful products.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy in the Team Sports Apparel division that aligns with the company's overall objectives and market demands.
- Lead and mentor a team of Product managers, providing guidance, support, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Define and maintain the product roadmap, outlining key milestones, timelines, and resources required for successful product launches.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive landscapes, informing product decisions.
- Work closely with product managers, sales, and marketing teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and marketing campaigns.
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback, data analysis, and market trends, ensuring maximum impact on user satisfaction and business goals.
- Coordinate and oversee product launches, collaborating with marketing and sales teams to create effective go-to-market strategies.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success, regularly analyze metrics, and iterate on strategies based on insights.
- Communicate product strategies, updates, and roadmaps effectively to internal stakeholders, executives, and external partners.
Requirements:
- Degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related fields preferred.
- Proven experience (8+ years) in Product Management within the team sports apparel or related industry, with at least 5-years in a leadership role.
- Demonstrates success in launching and managing successful product lines.
- Ability to think strategically and translate strategies into actionable plans that drive product success.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
- Proficiency in data analysis, market research, and using insights to drive product decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapting to changing prioritie
