As the Director of People Success at Chipr you'll hold a pivotal role in sculpting and executing people strategies to allure, nurture, and retain top-tier talent. Your mandate will be to cultivate a culture of excellence, bolster employee engagement, and champion continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will embody strategic acumen, effective communication prowess, and hands-on leadership, dedicated to fostering an environment where employees can flourish.

Requirements:Strategic HR Leadership:
- Develop and manage the relationship with our HR services providers
- Ensure HR strategies are seamlessly integrated with Chipr's overarching business objectives
- Collaborate with executive leadership to ensure HR initiatives support the company's growth and long-term goals
Talent Acquisition and Onboarding:
- Oversee the recruitment process to attract and hire diverse and highly skilled professionals
- Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to facilitate seamless integration of new employees
Employee and Leadership Development and Training:
- Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth
Performance Management:
- Collaborate on, develop, and implement performance management processes and systems
- Provide guidance to managers on performance reviews, feedback, and goal-setting
Employee Engagement and Well-being:
- Develop initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and well-being
- Implement and oversee wellness programs to promote a healthy work-life balance
Culture and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI):
- Nurture and reinforce a positive company culture aligned with Chipr's mission, vision, values, and pledge
- Drive initiatives that foster diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the organization
Employee Relations and Compliance:
- Manage employee relations and address workplace concerns in a fair and effective manner
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. Much of this will be facilitated through our HR partners, but the candidate will have familiarity with employment laws and regulations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
- 8+ years of progressive experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role which oversaw HR or worked closely with them
- Proven experience developing and implementing employee development, HR, and culture strategies that align with business goals
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
