Responsibilities:- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations
- Conduct regular evaluations of operational processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance productivity
- Oversee budget planning and management to ensure cost-effectiveness and financial stability Of Operations
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate and streamline interdepartmental operations for seamless workflow
- Lead and motivate a team of staff to achieve performance goals and uphold company values and culture
- Experience in real estate management
