Director Of Operations

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve and exceed business growth. The primary focus of the position in revenue growth by increasing client census.
- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure efficient and effective processes for successful survey results.
- Expand market presence.
- Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors, suppliers, and other external partners.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Provide senior leadership with regular reports on operational performance and progress towards goals.

Experience:
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a senior leadership role.
- Strong background in business development a must.
- Recent experience in the PSSA business a must.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute long-term plans.
- Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to build strong partnerships with external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
