Resident Service Director

As the Director of Nursing:

You will lead residential case management and provide clinical oversight to resident care staff and oversee care to residents through a consistent care delivery model. Some responsibilities include but are not limited to.

• Ensure quality resident care is consistently delivered in accordance with all local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Partners with the Executive Director on recruiting, hiring, new hire orientation, training and in-services for the Resident Care Partners, LPNs, and Lead Resident Care Partners
• Collaborates and partners with physicians, pharmacy, and other medical professionals to promote quality care and independence for our residents.
• Conducts comprehensive resident pre-admission, admission, and quarterly assessments.
• Provide on-call support for the community.
• Ensures compliance, efficiency and team’s understanding of policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• You are a Registered Nurse (RN) and/or a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
• You have a minimum of 1 year clinical and supervisory experience.
• Associate degree or greater from an accredited college
• LTC/AL/SNF experience preferred.
• You care about serving seniors.
• You have strong relationship building skills.
