We are actively seeking a local candidate with upscale hospitality experience, specifically within the vibrant landscape of New York City. If you are currently steering the operations of an upscale establishment, such as a restaurant group or boutique hotel, within NYC.

Your Primary Goals:
As the Director of Operations, your key objectives are to ensure the seamless delivery of exceptional service, uphold the highest operational standards, and provide inspirational leadership to our team members.

Salary:
$175K - $225K (Based on Experience)

Bonus:
Discretionary bonus up to 20% based on performance

Qualifications:

• Proven senior leadership experience in the luxury hospitality industry within NYC, demonstrating excellence in operations and financial performance in a high-volume F&B setting.
• Successful track record in executing high-profile restaurant openings.
• In-depth knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with membership-based organizations and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
