Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Strategic Planning:
- Provide visionary leadership to the organization, developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve mission and goals.
- Collaborate with the Board of Directors to set long-term objectives and policies.
- Operational Oversight:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Center, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
- Implement policies and procedures that adhere to industry regulations, accreditation standards, and best practices.
- Program Development and Quality Assurance:
- Collaborate with clinical and medical staff to enhance and expand program services.
- Implement and monitor quality assurance initiatives, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
- Community Engagement:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with local community stakeholders, government agencies, and healthcare partners.
- Represent the organization at community events and forums to promote awareness and collaboration.
- Financial Management:
- Develop and manage the annual budget, ensuring financial sustainability and responsible resource allocation.
- Identify opportunities for revenue generation and cost-saving measures.
- Staff Development and Engagement:
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of professionals.
- Work closely to teams and department leaders to promote ideal work outcomes.
- Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of executive leadership experience in addiction treatment or healthcare settings.
- Knowledge of detoxification protocols, addiction medicine, and evidence-based treatment modalities.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to devise and lead operations.
