Senior Director of Manufacturing Operations

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Director of Operations to join our team. As the Senior Director of Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and profitability. This is a leadership role that requires strategic thinking, strong decision-making skills, and the ability to drive business growth.

Duties:

• Provide senior leadership and guidance to the operations team
• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize operational processes and drive business growth
• Manage and oversee all operational activities, including production, supply chain management, logistics, and quality control
• Lead and mentor a team of managers and supervisors, providing coaching and development opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication across departments
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement initiatives to increase efficiency and productivity
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and make data-driven decisions
• Oversee budgeting and resource allocation to ensure cost-effectiveness
• Drive business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities for growth and expansion
• Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and other business partners

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; MBA preferred
• Proven experience in senior leadership roles within operations management
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Demonstrated success in driving process improvement initiatives
• Excellent leadership abilities with a track record of building high-performing teams
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute long-term plans
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on finding innovative solutions
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Pay: $107,559.32 - $230,000.00 per year
