Location: Pleasant View, TN (near Nashville) Reports to the Executive Director

PURPOSE OF THIS JOB

REBOOT Recovery (REBOOT) is a Christian, faith-based non-profit 501(c)3 organization that exists to help people overcome trauma through small group courses around the world. We have served over 20,000 individuals through our peer-led courses and are mobilizing the largest faith-based response to trauma and suicide ever built.

The Director of Operations will play a pivotal role in leading REBOOT's mission by spearheading strategic initiatives and developing operational excellence. The Operations Director will work in collaboration with the Executive Director to set annual goals for the organization and will be responsible for developing and executing the internal strategies necessary to achieve the goals and objectives of REBOOT Recovery. This position will be focused heavily on scaling the organization and shaping a healthy culture as the organization focuses on accelerated growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the development and execution of operational strategies that drive organizational growth, impact and efficiency.
• Oversee all aspects of financial management ensuring strong internal controls and that funds are stewarded with the highest level of integrity. Includes: cash management, A/P, A/R, monthly financial statements, annual audit, and annual tax reporting (W2s, 1099s, donor tax receipts and 990).
• Oversee annual renewal of insurance policies and ensure REBOOT maintains adequate levels of coverage
• In collaboration with the HR and Culture Coordinator, provide high quality support to all REBOOT team members and ensure we are recruiting, retaining, and engaging top talent.
• Implement risk management strategies, controls, and compliance measures to safeguard organizational integrity, minimize operational risks, and ensure sustainability.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for the organization.
• Monitor program, fundraising, and operational data to provide strategic recommendations for growth to the Executive Director and other senior staff.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
