OVERVIEW:

The Director of IT Operations is accountable for defining and delivering IT strategy and support across Landmark Recovery and its facilities. This includes data analytics, development and support, infrastructure, security, accessibility and technical services. Reporting to the Vice President of Data, the Director of IT Operations will be responsible for giving oversight and direction to IT and business leaders on strategy, standards, and opportunities for shared services.

The Director of IT Operations is a key contributor to the company’s strategy and planning process and will be responsible for IT operations and for technology and software services and assist in the development of software and other services within Landmark Recovery. It is critical for this position to build strong and productive relationships with all business unit leaders, acting as a true partner and making IT a business enabler.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure transparency and collaboration between IT and all business departments and locations.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, transparency, and accountability in IT.
  • Ensure that the organization has strong systems analysis and project management skills, and the

ability to execute business-critical projects on time and on budget.

  • Provide IT support for the Facility Support Center and remote employees.
  • Assist users with computer, smart phones, printers, and Network issues.
  • Answer and manage all IT support issues using company’s ticketing system while

meeting service level objectives.

  • Configure computers on site and remotely while installing all necessary software and

drivers to meet needs.

  • Monitor the industry for developments in IT operations; evaluate and implement relevant new

tools and service management frameworks.

  • Review, recommend, and oversee all vendors and managed service agreements for computing,

telecommunications, IT services, and equipment.

  • Other duties and projects as assigned.
  • Liaison with vendors that offer business applications for escalations.
  • Research, Develop, Test, Implement and coordinate new IT projects
  • Work with sites to setup and deploy new computers and join to the network
  • Make recommendations for future upgrades
  • Other duties as assigned

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • This position leads a team of people that reports directly to them and interfaces with all areas of Landmark Recovery
  • Requires ability to manage business relationships with external vendors and project stakeholders.


EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, and TRAINING:

  • Work requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, healthcare, or computer related field.
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Thorough understanding of SAAS, EMR, and software the integrates with EMR
  • Working knowledge of Office365, SharePoint, OneDrive
  • Experience in assisted living or drug recovery industry (Preferred)
