Director of Operations:

As our new Director of Operations, you will take control of the daily processes and procedures that support our teams in delivering high-value results to our clients/partners. You will provide strategic insight to the leadership team while rolling up your sleeves to support the execution, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our business, enabling our employees to execute. Your knack for details and compliance in a fast-paced, results-driven environment will serve you well in this role as you take charge of various vital initiatives. What you’ll need to be our Director of Operations:

• Extensive senior leadership experience is required
• Digital marketing/advertising operational leadership experience, preferred
• Superior knowledge of the following operational functions and principles required: Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Web Design, Consulting, HR, Compliance, Finance
• Ability to streamline or implement structures, processes, and roles that boost efficiency.
• A driving desire to deliver high-quality products and services while respecting rules and avoiding unpredictable risk
• A proactive, competitive mindset; frequently taking initiative to get things done and work at a faster-than-average pace
• Leadership style that involves high expectations of others along with a high degree of follow-up
• We are located in Cantonment, FL, however, we are open to fully remote work for the right candidate

What you’ll do as the Director of Operations:

• Maximize efficiency and productivity through extensive process analysis and interdepartmental collaboration.
• Analyze current operational processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvement.
• Collaborate with team leads in the development of performance goals and long-term operational plans.
• Serve as point-person and support system for the Fulfillment team on partner accounts, answering their questions and addressing critical issues in a timely fashion.
• Manage billing, invoicing, and contract management accurately and timely.
• Resolve escalated partner concerns, ensuring high satisfaction and strong relationships.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
