Position Title:
Director of Marketing, Integrated Insights and Strategy (Commercial Consumer)
Job Description:
Location: Depending on location and proximity to a pulse point (Elevance Health Major Office), will determine hybrid schedule with the highest in-office commitment being 1x per week. Preferred locations: Chicago, New York, Indianapolis
The Director of Marketing, Integrated Insights and Strategy (Commercial Consumer) is responsible for delivering Consumer insights in support of developing integrated Marketing Strategies of our Commercial Specialty and Business Division (CSBD).
How You Will Make an Impact:
  • Provide thorough leadership and enhance decision-making with Integrated Insights for product, marketing and experience planning.
  • Collaborate w/ cross functional SMEs to identify critical business questions, insights gaps, and learning agenda.
  • Orchestrate and continuously enhance process to translate disjointed data into actionable insights that inform consumer-centric strategies.
  • Shepherd relevant data and insights through all internal stages from product development to performance measurement, and across all consumer experience touchpoints.
  • Hire, train, coach, counsel and evaluate performance of 3-4 direct reports.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 8 years of strategic planning or related leadership marketing experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences
  • Healthcare, research and/or agency background is a plus
  • Understand the art + science of strategic planning with an ability to lead with data and insights
  • Deep knowledge about Integrated Marketing, the various Insights roles involved, and their contributions (e.g. Research, Analytics, UX, Social Listening, CRM, Data Science, BI etc.)
  • Strong analytical and strategic skills to synthesize large quantities of data from multiple sources in a meaningful way
  • Proven ability to think creatively; evidence of success in developing insights that inspire effective omni-channel marketing strategies
  • A collaborative thinker, inspiring storyteller and persuasive presenter
  • Leadership qualities with ability to manage up, down and across
  • Thrives in ambiguity, able to adapt rapidly and learn new skills independently

For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $ 111,680 to $201,024
Locations: California; Colorado; Nevada; Washington State; Jersey City, NJ; New York City, NY; Ithaca, NY and Westchester County, NY
