Responsible for performing general maintenance of building and grounds at residential Building
Duties include:
Perform preventative maintenance and routine maintenance.
Ensure completion of work orders using work order system.
General maintenance, janitorial and grounds work throughout the property
Periodic inspections of grounds, common area buildings and structures.
Advising Building Manager of needed repairs, improvements and safety issues.
Understanding of Carpentry, Concrete, Doors, Drywall, Fencing, Cleaning, Gutters,
Locks, Plumbing and Painting
Able to work with the team and independently
Providing knowledge and support in areas such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC,
carpentry, dry wall and appliance
Processing work orders – communicating to Management resolution
Monitoring all physical aspects of the community and applicable laws
Being readily available to assist with on-site emergencies
plus other work related tasks as needed
Serving as the communication liaison between the Management office and the maintenance staff. MUST be able to work fulltime 40 hr. work week- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday from 8am to 4pm, with Saturday And Sunday as off days.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
