Currently, we are seeking a dynamic, proactive, and exceptional Director of Maintenance for our esteemed skilled nursing facility.
Position: Director of Maintenance Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 annually
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all facets of maintenance operations
- Coordinate departmental activities and personnel effectively
- Conduct thorough inspections of equipment and facilities to ensure performance, safety, and maintenance standards
- Manage maintenance staff schedules and assignments
- Maintain meticulous records of all repairs, warranties, and inspections
- Ensure compliance with legal maintenance standards
- Facilitate timely completion of necessary repairs and upgrades
- Be available to respond promptly to emergency calls
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-year experience as a Maintenance Manager in a skilled nursing facility
- COVID-19 vaccination mandatory
