The LMS Integrated Marketing team is looking for a highly motivated, experienced Director ofProduct GTM to lead our global product campaign efforts. Reporting to the VP of Integrated Marketing, this marketer will lead a team responsible for drafting and executing 360-degree campaign strategies connected to our top priority product stories and launches. Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate execution of creative acumen balanced with business and customer needs that leads to measurable growth. 

The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller - someone who is confident in their ability to develop compelling narratives that meaningfully connect LMS solutions to our customer's needs. A clear understanding of the ads business, media, B2B and multi-channel marketing strategy and execution is essential. From a leadership perspective, this individual will be a core member of the LMS Integrated Marketing leads team and is expected to collaborate with key teams across the LMS business including Sales, PMM, Marketing, Corporate Comms as well as agency partners. Additionally, a confident, humble and high EQ is required to lead a team of global marketers who, under this leader's guidance, will be responsible for amplifying our campaign strategy and stories about LinkedIn's members, customers and products. 

Responsibilities

  • Lead a global team responsible for the strategic build and execution of end-to-end GTM and multi-channel marketing campaigns for our biggest product launches
  • Amplify our most important product stories by developing the positioning and compelling product narratives that gives our audience a reason to believe in and leverage LMS solutions for their business in partnership with PMM 
  • Collaborate with Sales to identify needs that will help enable the field team and grow the business, inclusive of competitive narratives, internal and external sales content
  • Be the voice and guide the strategy for any XFN or cross-marketing activations that involve priority product stories
  • Craft measurement plan, evaluate wins/learns, suggest optimizations and how to evolve strategy moving forward
  • Some travel will be required
Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • 7+ years experience with building multi-channel campaigns to launch product and product stories
  • 3+ years experience managing teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • 10+ years total work experience
  • Combination of strategic campaign experiences and hands-on tactical execution
  • Experience with customer research and proficiency in using data and insights to inform GTM strategy
  • Experience working in a cross-functional capacity within a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Ability to frame insights and communicate recommendations simply and effectively
  • Ability to effectively engage with and drive cross-functional teams to align around and achieve shared objectives (product, marketing, sales, insights, agencies etc.)
  • Budget and vendor management experience 
  • Experience working with external agencies for creative development
  • Excellent grasp of ad experience working within a B2B digital marketing role and organization
  • Outstanding interpersonal, collaboration, communication (oral and written), and presentation skills
  • Great verbal communicator with a team-oriented approach
  • High attention to detail, with a process and solution-oriented mindset
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills; proven ability to get projects done on tight timelines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong ability to work with different functions in the organization
  • Great problem solver who takes the initiative to proactively identify and resolve issues
  • Ability to successfully balance multiple competing priorities and manage complex workstreams while consistently delivering results
  • Genuine willingness to learn; ability to navigate ambiguity, adjust and adapt; eagerness to tackle new projects and problems

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is US $160,000 to US $250,000. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
