SalaryScenic Hudson seeks a Director of Human Resources to design, plan, and implement the policies and activities of Human Resources for the organization, ensuring legal compliance, and implementation of the organization’s values of diversity and inclusion (DEI).
Bachelors degree in a related area and at least 6 years’ professional experience, Masters degree preferred. Excellent verbal and written skills, along with excellent organizational skills. Proactive and collegial work style and adept at leading and participating as an effective team member. Effective researcher with analytical skills to help set the strategies and programs for recruiting, retention, professional growth of staff, and advancing organizational DEI priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.) and HRIS systems, Paycom preferred. General knowledge of the spectrum of Human Resources, including leadership development and succession planning. Candidate should share a passion for the organization’s mission, commitment to environmental justice and diversity, equity and inclusion.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
