Our client is a well-established provider of Home Healthcare services and they have a current need for aHuman Resources Directorbased in Rockland Co, NY. HR leadership experience is required. Must be well versed in NY State employment law, benefits administration, compliance, new employee on-boarding & training, employee reviews, payroll, FMLA etc. A Home Care / Private Duty / Personal Care background is preferred. Human Resources Director Job Requirements

• Healthcare HR experience. LHCSA experience - Home Care / Private Duty / Personal Care preferred.
• Multi-site experience.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred. SHRM a plus.

Human Resources Director Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for all HR functions and oversite of HR team members.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal HR & Labor laws.
• Assess department and improve processes, policies, and procedures.
• Work collaboratively with senior leadership and branch managers.
