Job Summary
This role is central to the development and execution of content strategy for UPS.com, ensuring content resonates with target audiences and supports UPS's business objectives. The successful candidate will work with stakeholders across various functions to create high-quality omni-channel content strategies, optimize content performance, and communicate outcomes with senior management. Exceptional writing skills, strategic thinking, and a collaborative approach are essential.
Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Must have. Strong expertise in content strategy with an understanding of business and channel objectives, target audiences, and market dynamics, content strategy and best-in-class practices.
Must have. Strong omni-channel writing skills and experience.
Ability to work in fast-paced and agile environments.
Experience developing campaign content strategies, planning A/B content tests, and managing deliverables through automated workflows.
Knowledge or experience in designing personalized experiences, full-journey messaging.
Understanding of information architecture, content models, SEO , and website taxonomy.
Experience and knowledge of design tools (e.g. Figma, FigJam or similar)
Experience working with DX, UX, UI, Product design, Research, Dev Ops teams.
Bachelor’s Degree or International equivalent required.
Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Technology, Design or related discipline.
