Job Title: Human Capital and Culture Manager
Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Capital and Culture Manager to join our organization. The primary focus of this role will be to aid in culture development and change management, while also overseeing general HR operational duties.
Responsibilities Included but not limited to:
- Culture Change and Management: Lead and facilitate the development and implementation of strategies to promote a positive and inclusive organizational culture which results in high performance. Collaborate with senior leadership and other stakeholders to identify areas for cultural improvement and develop initiatives to drive desired change.
- HR Operations: Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Employee Engagement: Develop and implement programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. Conduct surveys, analyze data, and provide recommendations to improve employee morale, productivity, and retention.
- Talent Development: Work closely with managers and employees to identify training and development needs. Design and deliver training programs that align with organizational goals and support employee growth.
- Policy Development: Develop and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with best practices and legal requirements. Communicate policies effectively to employees and provide guidance on interpretation and implementation.
- Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives by providing guidance, communication plans, and training to employees. Foster a positive and adaptable mindset within the workforce.
- Performance Management: Implement and manage performance appraisal systems that support a high-performance culture. Provide guidance to managers on effective performance feedback and goal-setting techniques.
- Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, providing guidance and support on employee relations matters. Investigate and resolve employee complaints, ensuring fair and consistent treatment.
- Compliance: Stay updated on employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance in all HR practices. Proactively identify and address potential compliance issues.
- Reporting and Analytics: Prepare HR reports and analyze data to identify trends and insights. Use data-driven approaches to inform decision-making and measure the effectiveness of HR programs.
- Additional duties/projects as requested by management.
Minimum Requirements & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred though equivalent working experience may be considered.
- HRCI or SHRM Certification preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on culture management. At least one year of experience within manufacturing and/or distribution environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing cultural change initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated experience in HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Computer Proficiency and experience working in Microsoft Office Programs, HRIS and other HR-related software.
Note: This position requires on-site work, and the candidate must be willing to work from our location.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
