Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute innovative menu concepts that align with current culinary trends and guest preferences.
• Collaborate with executive chefs and restaurant managers to create memorable dining experiences and exceed guest expectations.
• Ensure the highest quality Of Food And Beverage offerings by implementing rigorous standards for sourcing, preparation, and presentation.
• Manage inventory and control costs by optimizing purchasing practices and minimizing waste.
• Recruit, train, and mentor a team of talented chefs, bartenders, servers, and other F&B staff members.
• Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor and evaluate customer feedback and implement necessary improvements to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food handling and sanitation standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Food And Beverage management, preferably in the hospitality industry.

Salary:

The salary for this position is between $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
