- Successfully sponsor "Change” resulting in effective delivery of IT solutions that bring maximum business value to the TreeHouse Foods.
- Lead others to exploit available processes and technology.
- Hold others accountable to ensure disciplined and consistent use of established methodologies, tools and techniques to plan, organize, actuate and control delivery of IT products and services.
- Actively manage team(s) to ensure they innovate and continuously improve IT internal work and management processes.
- Provide direction on large-scale resource plans that enable successful business operations and, when application, business transformation.
- Ensure (owned and matrixed) resources are allocated in line with tactical plans and in consideration of strategic priorities.
- Actively manage team(s) adherence to assigned project(s) and operational budgets.
- Define/refine IT service and product strategies.
- Actively manage and establish direction for owned portions of the IT strategies.
- 12+ Years of IT experience, with 8+ years of leadership
- Experience building/developing teams (consisting of both employee and external resources)
- Experience building IT solution road maps
- Continuous Improvement mentality
- Strong Business Acumen (preferable consumer goods industry)
- ERP Experience (preferable SAP)
- Experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud and/or Consumer Goods Cloud)
- Bachelor’s Degree (Information Technology, Computer Science or related preferred)
