What You’ll Do:
- Financial Strategy: Develop and implement strategic financial plans aligned with the companys objectives and growth trajectory.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and ongoing forecasting efforts to provide accurate financial projections and support decision-making.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, to provide insights into the companys performance and financial health.
- Risk Management: Identify and assess financial risks and opportunities, and develop strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
- Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to ensure the companys financial stability and optimize resource allocation.
- Financial Operations: Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and tax compliance.
- Financial Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies, and liaise with auditors and regulatory authorities as necessary.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support strategic decision-making, evaluate investment opportunities, and assess business performance.
Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing finance team, providing mentorship, guidance, and development opportunities to team members.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other departments, including operations, sales, and marketing, to align financial goals with overall business objectives and drive cross-functional initiatives.
What We Are Looking For:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing financial strategies, driving operational efficiency, and achieving financial targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the ability to inspire and motivate team members, foster a culture of collaboration and accountability, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in the consumer goods, e-commerce, or food and beverage industry is a plus.
