Director of Facilities

We are excited to be looking for a Director of Facilities to join our team! Founded in 1994, JR Butler is a commercial glass and glazing company based in Englewood, Colorado, with projects across the country. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Establish, train, and provide ongoing coaching for the way problem solving is done in the maintenance department

·         Manage the growth and development of maintenance employees

·         Oversee all production equipment (saws, CNC Machines, sealant pumps, etc)

·         Oversee building maintenance (security, fire, landscaping/snow, trash/recycle, office)

·         Oversee vehicles (field management, DOT compliance, registration, insurance)

·         Responsible for researching, purchasing/leasing/renting, repairing all equipment/machinery/etc.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

·         5+ years of Maintenance/Facilities experience

·         4 year education with STEM background

·         Progressive leadership and management responsibilities

·         Budgeting and resource allocation experience

Compensation and Benefits:

·         $90k and up depending on experience

·         401K packages with employer matching and immediate vesting

·         Medical, dental and vision packages with generous employer contributions

·         2 weeks of PTO
