Job Title: Facilities and Maintenance Technician
Salary Range: $17.00 - 19.00 per hour
Location:Rye, CO
Position Objective:
The Maintenance Technician, under general supervision, is to perform a variety of maintenance tasks, such as repairs, diagnosis and rebuilding of any on-site equipment while maintaining the overall welfare of each building following all standard policies and procedures.
Essential Functions:
- Perform a variety of detailed work in maintenance and repairs to the buildings and equipment including plumbing, welding, rewiring, painting, locksmith skills, and electrical.
- Assist with and learn to perform preventative maintenance for all equipment and building systems (supercritical CO2 extractors, hydrocarbon extractors, heating and cooling systems, distillers)
- Operate all manufacturing systems on-site to include extraction, distillation, fractionation, dewaxing, curing and other related processing procedures in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures to ensure all production goals are achieved.
- Troubleshoot defective equipment to isolate causes and make repairs.
- Assist with troubleshooting production process issues as required.
- Knows and understands safety regulations in accordance with OSHA; LOTO, Arch Flash, Environmental Policies
- Observe and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness while performing routine tasks to operate, clean, and maintain on-site extraction and manufacturing equipment.
- Execute daily, weekly, and monthly routine equipment cleaning and PMs.
- Be task-focused, meticulous, and diligent in the performance of all assigned duties.
- Possess an inquisitive mindset, remain persistently eager to learn new things and maintain a high-level of current knowledge regarding all equipment.
- Work effectively with other team members and integrating with the company culture.
- Willing to perform additional duties as necessary to maintain a compliant, clean, safe, and inviting environment for our team members and customers supporting all licensed activities.
- Assist with capex and repair projects.
- Maintain appropriate records and reports.
- Respond to emergencies quickly and calmly.
