Position Summary:
We are seeking a driven, highly organized Director of Digital Marketing to join. Responsibilities for this role include leading and implementing the Digital Marketing strategy for the company including managing a $1,000,000 + direct and agency digital ad spend and improving lead flow and conversion into graduating students. Must be highly skilled in direct and Digital Marketing strategy including advanced analytics, conversion optimization, and campaign optimization.
Responsibilities:
• Accountable for generating high quality leads for all campuses
• Responsible for ongoing conversion testing and optimization
• Develop Digital Marketing strategy including organic SEO, paid search and paid social.
• Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
• Develop an organic search optimization strategy and execute this on an ongoing basis.
• Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors
• Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
• Use data analysis to optimize conversion and add value to the business
• Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
• Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly
• Present digital content in appealing, intuitive ways for our Gen Z demographic; including creating social images and GIFs for branded social image library for use by additional associates
