Director of Collections at FinFit
As the Director of Collections, you will report to the Chief Operating Officer and will be responsible for overseeing and leading all aspects of the collections department within our organization. You will play a critical role in developing strategies to optimize the collection process and manage the implementation and execution of those strategies. This position requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of Collections best practices.
Qualifications We Value
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within collections, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Strong knowledge of Collections laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
- Naturally curious approach to data with the ability to translate analysis into actionable plans.
