We are seeking an experienced Director of Catering and Conference Services to lead a talented team, join us today!
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Demonstrate creativity and knowledge of food and beverage/events desired.
- Shows strong analytical skills and strategic vision in establishing appropriate sales deployment
- Must be able to work independently and simultaneously manage multiple tasks
- Strong organization and presentation skills
- Requires advanced knowledge of the principles and practices within the Catering / Conference Services hospitality profession.
- Must work well in stressful high pressure situations; maintain composure and objectivity under pressure.
- This is a hands-on role; incumbent is expected to review/draft BEOs and comfortable navigating appropriate software systems such as Ci/TY
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of progressive hotel/resort Catering Sales or Conference Services leadership experience required
- Must have flexibility of schedules to include availability on evenings, weekends and holidays
- Must be proficient in general computer knowledge especially Microsoft Suite
- Must be familiar with hotel PMS software such as Delphi, Ci/TY
Proud EOE / Salary: $100,000 - DOE
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
