The Home Care Director of Business Development & Marketing will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our home care services and drive business growth. This individual will also play a key role in identifying and cultivating relationships with referral sources, such as healthcare professionals, community organizations, and other relevant stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to increase awareness of our home care services and attract clients.
- Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels, including networking, community outreach, digital marketing, and other promotional activities.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, including physicians, hospitals, assisted living facilities, rehabilitation centers, and other healthcare professionals.
- Sales and Outreach: Conduct sales presentations and outreach efforts to educate potential clients and referral sources about our services.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the management team to develop and implement business development strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- Performance Tracking: Track and analyze marketing and sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in marketing and business development, preferably in the healthcare or home care industry.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish and maintain connections with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to drive initiatives from conception to implementation.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must come to Brooklyn 1 day weekly
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
