Senior Director Of Finance

Qualifications

• Candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (Master’s or CPA preferred)
• A minimum of 5+ years of progressively responsible financial leadership experience in a nonprofit organization, preferably in nonprofit healthcare organizations (preferably those regulated under the NYS Of ice of Addiction Services and Supports, NYS Of ice of Mental Health, Art 28 clinics).
• Strong knowledge of nonprofit fiscal management, budget preparation and management, grants accounting, cost report preparations (CBR, CFR, etc), and compliance regulations.
• Exceptional strategic/critical thinking, financial analysis skills and attention to details
• Excellent interpersonal, communication (written, verbal and presentation), and leadership abilities.
• Strong sense of ownership of departmental functions, hand-on manager, strong work ethics and demonstrates collaborative and flexible working style.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Intacct, Excel)

Salary: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
