- Competitive base salary starting at $70,000.00
- Incentive bonuses

What you’ll do
- Provide ongoing sales and account management support to our clients.
- Identify, develop, and attract high-value prospects, strengthening LatinCo's unique market position.
- Plan and execute marketing and market development activities on behalf of our clients, facilitating market entry and expansion.
- Assist in the formulation and execution of sales strategies for both online and brick-and-mortar accounts.
- Oversee Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibility for new and existing clients while acting as an extension of their sales management team.
- Collaborate to devise tailored local marketing strategies for corporate territories.
What you bring
- Minimum5 yearsof account management and sales management experience, preferably with an international package goods company.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish, Portuguese a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, account management, relationship-building, and influencing executive audiences.
- Strong communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- A track record of sales and marketing success in Latin America within either B2C or B2B channels.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, consultation, and presentation skills.
- A deep understanding of distributor distribution models and the ability to establish performance benchmarks.
- Experience in developing a distributor network and driving sales activity.
