Director/VP of Business Development For Medical
Innovative Atlanta-based company looking for talent that can build strategic relationships with professionals in the medical and legal industry with a focus on Personal Injury and Worker's Compensation.
You will run a territory in Georgia that requires knowledge of Salesforce, account management, and Business Development. Strong account management skills to maintain referring businesses are important.
Knowing how to prospect, convey our services, and deliver exceptional service to professionals will be critical to our requirements. Knowing how to close a contract or simply manage an account are both valuable for our companies.
We are seeking a talented individual to represent both our companies. The Injury Specialists is a SaaS-based model that charges monthly fees to law firms and medical providers to join our industry-leading technology platform giving them exclusive access to refer clients back and forth. The services provided on our portal are unique and valuable to businesses and have been called the LinkedIn for Personal Injury. Knowledge and relationships within the industry are beneficial to this role.
Our services also include medical financing for plaintiffs or injured parties that don't have the means to pay for treatment. We provide financial payments through our technology when patients don't have insurance.
Additionally, at Capital Financing we focus on Personal Injury law firms where we provide pre-settlement and litigation financing solutions. These 2 services are essential to law firms and their clients after a plaintiff is injured. If they cannot afford their living expenses, we can provide a partial settlement prior to the completion of the case. When a law firm doesn't have the capital or ability to access lines of credit to pay for case expenses, we can provide them the necessary funding to build the case till trial.
Introducing our services to law firms and medical offices will be your primary objective.
Compensation:$55,000 - $75,000+ commission+bonuses; 401K; profit sharing
Responsibilities:- Strong history of success sales and marketing
- Prospect 5-8 account daily
- Drive Pre-Settlement and Litigation Financing
- Close medical and law firm contracts for our services
- Be able to determine decision-makers
- Works well with the leadership team
- Manage pipeline with Salesforce
- Understand medical and legal concepts
- Leverage company relationships
- Re-engage non-active referring accounts
- Use CRM and Internet to prospect Medical Providers and Law Firms
- Attend evening network events
- Experience working with CRMs
- Strong history in sales in the medical or legal industry
- Medical or Legal background preferred in Personal Injury
- 3-5 years of sales and marketing experience
- Strong account management skills
- Dependable transportation
- Strong computer skills to manage financial software
- Strong attention to details
- Strong relationship-building skills
