Devoted Studios is a production management company for external development in video games. With a mission to create equal opportunity for all talent globally to work on the games of their dreams, Devoted Studios aims to decentralize game development. We partner with 1400+ programmers, artists, and designers, from freelancers to small studios, all over the world, and not only match them to project opportunities but manage the production from A-Z.

Requirements

  • Passion and knowledge of video games or the video game ecosystem
  • Outstanding relationship management and interpersonal skills, caring team player Analytical skills, knowledge of sales and marketing tools and techniques
  • Project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks/projects, prioritize workloads, and adhere to tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients Exceptional internet researching skills.
  • Familiar with many advanced tools, strategies, and resources to find and discover desired information and resources Superior organization skills, familiarity with Excel and cloud-based tools Excellent presentation skills World-class quality work is the only acceptable standard
  • Phase 1: Focus on New Business and getting a grip on the processes.
Be an evangelist of following company and team processes including CRM excellence
In collab with the CEO and the team prepare Q OKR targets and tasks
Manage the new Lead Gen pipeline and overall process, including establishing KPIs for the team, qualification requirements, target companies, regions, etc and ensure the team follows the structure.

Leading Preproduction meetings and keeping the team aligned to hitting targets, including having a healthy deal flow across all the disciplines to ensure we can maintain the core vendors 70% booked


  • Phase 2. Focus on Account Management
Collaborate with Preproduction and Production Leads to ensure they have visibility on deal flow and ramp-up requirements
Mitigating issues arising on the projects by syncing with the team on account health
Hold the team accountable to tracking account health data
Coaching the team on resolving issues on the project and stepping in where needed


  • Phase 3: Deeper collaboration with other departments and working with improving BD systems, taking over managing BDs
Manage the team hitting quarterly OKR target.
Collab with Finance director on having clear and up to date hard and soft book
