Salary Expectation: $120K - 160K
Location: Remote: preferably located in Jupiter FL, Charlotte, NC or Dallas, TX

Position Purpose:*
The Director of Business Development & Marketing will report to the Chief Operating Officer of Jetstream Ground Services, Inc. and serve as a member of the leadership team to create, develop, and build our presence in the aviation services marketplace. This role will be accountable for Business Development, account and client relationship management, marketing and branding, and other operations related to Jetstream’s overall growth strategy.
Responsibilities:Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Business Development:

• Provide strategic leadership and creative thinking tied to an understanding of Business leading practices and the identification of new opportunities to drive overall company growth
• Actively pursues opportunities and markets a full range of services to prospective clients, including using existing customer relationships to generate new leads.
• Accountable Executive for creating, delivering, and presenting proposals, including direct negotiation with customers.
• Partners and leads efforts with internal teams to craft responses and presentations to external sourcing events (RFI, RFQ, RFP, etc.)
• Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, using insights to inform strategic decisions and innovation in service offerings.

Marketing Management:

• Develop and showcase Jetstream's professional presence to demonstrate a cohesive company image that resonates with both customers and employees
• Enhance Jetstream’s brand and image through positive relationship-building
• Develop, manage, and enhance our company's social media presence across all relevant platforms, ensuring consistent and engaging content that aligns with our brand's voice and goals, drives audience growth, and increases engagement metrics.

Other Responsibilities:*

• Collaborate with the senior leadership team to set marketing and Business Development priorities, allocate resources efficiently, and measure the impact of strategies on market penetration and revenue growth.
• Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and establish Jetstream Ground Services, Inc. as a leader in the aviation services marketplace.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure that service offerings are effectively marketed and align with customer expectations and company capabilities.
• Report regularly to the Chief Operating Officer and other stakeholders on progress toward Business Development and Marketing objectives, including key performance metrics and strategic insights.

Qualifications:Required Education, Experience and Qualifications:

• 5+ years’ experience with Business Development and Deal completion
• Ability to build relationships with key customers and win
• Experience with negotiation and knowledge of key contractual language
• Independent thinker with dedication for a quick turn around on tight deadlines
• Business acumen to develop complex financial models, including pricing and profitability

Desired Experience and Qualifications:*

• Prior experience in the Aviation sector
• Degree, preferably in the supply chain, industrial engineering, business administration or economics
• Demonstrated track record of establishing credibility both internally and externally

Work Environment and Travel*
This role is remote, and travel is required to meet with key customers and Jetstream locations several times per month. Travel is expected at 50%-75%. Successful candidates must have a home office where videoconferencing can be conducted.
