Our Director of Business Development will be responsible for growing and managing our high-energy outside sales team and their revenue-generating activity from Washington to Oregon. Building a successful sales team through motivating, coaching, developing, and inspiring must be your true strength. The ideal candidate is a goal-oriented, revenue-focused individual with a history of top sales performance, and possesses the competency to both manage and lead a successful team. Your goal will be to use your expertise to set your team’s sights on exceeding company sales goals, through successful strategic planning and sales team management.
- Must have 5 years of developing a solid team of sales performers through recruiting, training and retention.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Establishes and supports a culture within the team, in accordance with company goals and values, which encourages and motivates members to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Creates and maintains strategic partnerships with local and regional leads groups and associations.
- Sets up, executes and maintains systems to measure, promote, and reward success.
- Demonstrates excellence in cold calling, and prospecting in the field on ride-a-longs with the sales team.
- This is a safety sensitive position requiring post offer background check and drug screening
Ability to conceptualize and apply a sales strategy to target key markets and establish a dominant Service Linen Supply presence in a region.
