The goal is to attract hospital liaisons to apply and then persuade them to take on the regional role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team of hospital liaisons, creating a collaborative and results-driven environment.
- Provide guidance and support to achieve statewide facility goals and objectives.
- Conduct regular performance assessments and implement development plans for team members.

- Establish and maintain positive relationships with hospitals and healthcare providers statewide.
- Organize and participate in outreach activities to promote our facilities.
- Represent the organization at industry events and conferences.
- Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
- Oversee the development of promotional materials and online content.
- Monitor online reviews and implement strategies to enhance the organization's online reputation.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of initiatives.
