Location: Cincinnati, OH
Hybrid Schedule: 3 days in office (M, Tu, Th) / 2 days remote (W,F) weekly
Job Summary
As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization. What You Will Do

  • Strategic Business Partnership:
    • Own talent practices for key client groups; become a trusted advisor and partner with leaders to understand business goals and develop and execute HR strategies that support organizational objectives.
    • Partner with key stakeholders on critical talent management and employee relations practices including organizational design, workforce planning, employee development, retention, and compliance.
    • Lead change management and implement HR programs and initiatives for client groups with support from HR functional leaders.
    • Communicate HR initiatives, policies, and changes effectively to all levels of the organization for client groups.
  • Cultural Advocacy: Promote and reinforce PatientPoint's values and culture, fostering a positive, inclusive. and high performing work environment. Build morale and increase productivity and retention.
  • Legal Compliance: Stay informed of developments in employment practices including local and federal employment law, and best-in-class employee practices. Apply knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Utilize data to propel world-class recruitment, engagement, and retention efforts. Identify trends and diagnose organizational effectiveness issues, influencing leaders to implement necessary changes for improved functional performance.
  • Employee Life Cycle Management: Implement the employee life cycle across client groups from goal setting, feedback sessions, performance management and pay actions as applicable.
  • Leadership Coaching: Coaches and influences business leaders, empowering them to become the best possible leaders.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner seamlessly with the broader HR team to deliver comprehensive services and solutions aligned with the function or business unity strategy. This encompasses Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Total Rewards, and HR Operations.
  • Leadership and Development: Lead, coach, and mentor an HR Generalist in this role, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.

What We Need
  • Experience: 8 years of proven success as an HR Generalist or HRBP.
  • Demonstrated understanding of HR programs including compensation, performance management, employee relations, and employee/manager development.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business and client groups, with track record of success connecting business needs to talent solutions.
  • Multi-State Expertise: Experience in multi-state HR applications.
  • Legal Knowledge: Understanding of employment law and human resource functional areas.
  • Analytical Skills: Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, solution focused. Proficient in the use of HRIS and self-service systems, with a focus on data analysis.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills: an articulate and persuasive communicator with strong presentation skills. Ability to communicate effectively and influence key stakeholders.

Desired Qualifications
  • Leadership Experience:
    • Demonstrated success leading and managing others, with a minimum of 1 direct report.
    • Direct P&L Management experience is a plus.
  • Industry Insight: Understanding of digital advertising operations, campaign deployment operations, and tools, (preferably in pharmaceutical advertising), or healthcare tech.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, HR or related field.
