A Typical Day for the Director of Assisted Living with Hearthstone:
- You will be responsible for the administration and supervision of our Assisted Living services.
- You will provide leadership in clinical and psycho-social programming for residents
- Assist in the hiring and coaching of team members, support the development and maintenance of the households
- Coordinate with the health care team to ensure the best possible quality of services for all our residents.

Compensation:
- The pay range for this position is $67,662 to $85,259 / year. The starting pay rate will be based on years of experience.
- Daily Pay App: Opportunity to elect to receive daily payments through our app connected to our timekeeping systems.
