Rn Wellness Director - Assisted Living

The RN Wellness Director is responsible for the daily functions of the Assisted Living and Village Home Services nursing care activities in accordance with policies and procedures of the facility and accepted nursing standards. Candidates will have major responsibilities for resident service plans. Additionally assist in employee management, department orientation, scheduling and supervision. RN Wellness Director will work directly with residents and Ridgecrest staff to ensure that the nursing care needs for residents are being met.
Must be a Registered Nurse licensed to practice in Iowa. Prefer at least 5 years of experience, previous supervisory experience preferred. Must possess and display leadership and management ability and a dedication to high quality standards.
Hours of work are 11:00 a,m, - 7:00 p.m. as well as every 3rd week on call. This will be a salaried position.
