Buena Vista University in Storm Lake, IA seeks applicants for the Assistant Directorfor Career and Personal Development. Duties include assisting with the administration of comprehensive career development programs, with primary responsibility for actively fostering connections and relationships that will improve the overall experience, retention and success of our students and their organizations. In addition, assist with management and supervision of campus-wide Career and Personal Development initiatives. Successful applicants must demonstrate an ability to work collaboratively in an academic environment, to organize and prioritize efficiently to meet deadlines, maintain confidentiality, be precise with details, and have 2-3 years experience in career development, job development, human resource management, higher education or related experience. Bachelor’s degree required and Master’s degree preferred.
