Director Of Admissions And Marketing

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with acute-care hospitals, health systems, discharge planners, case managers, rehabilitation centers, and assisted living facilities.
- Oversee the admissions process, including admission paperwork.
- Work with physicians and hospital discharge planners to ensure a smooth admissions transition to the facility.
- Help develop and implement a marketing strategy for the facility.
- Help develop marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, ads, etc.
- Continuously conduct market assessments and develop a comprehensive marketing plan to meet facility goals and objectives.
- Participate in community events and activities that promote company goals and initiatives.
- Manage a team of Admissions staff and provide leadership, training, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, specializing in marketing.
- Proven experience in Admissions and Marketing for a skilled nursing facility.
- Knowledge of Medicare, HMO, Medicaid, and AHCA regulations.
- Must pass a background check.
- Computer knowledge and efficient skills, including Word, Excel, and Point Click Care.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
