We are looking for a dedicated Director of Admissions who will oversee all aspects of the admissions process for our schools in Hialeah, Miami Gardens, and Tampa. In this position, you will be responsible for developing and implementing admissions policies and procedures, managing each schools' admissions team, and ensuring that all applicants meet the necessary requirements for admission. You will also be expected to maintain relationships with other educational institutions, community organizations, and other stakeholders to promote our schools and attract qualified applicants.
You will be working across numerous platforms to present a cohesive company voice and message in both ENGLISH AND SPANISH. You will be implementing marketing strategies including managing a marketing budget, tracking campaign objectives, and keeping up to date with marketing trends and competitor innovations. The ideal candidate has previous experience in a school-setting marketing role, has excellent communication skills, and can work well both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement admissions policies and procedures
- Oversee the admissions process from application to enrollment
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth admissions process
- Analyze admissions data and make recommendations for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Manage the admissions budget
- Represent the institution at admissions events and conferences
- Work across numerous platforms, including social media, to fulfill the goals and objectives laid out for the marketing team
- Create marketing content in English and Spanish
- Track marketing campaign progress and objectives
- Create and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure the message and vision of the company are being communicated properly
- Minimum 2-year experience in marketing/leadership for a school (public, charter, or private)
- Traveling required as a part of this role
- Strong data analysis skills
- Must be fluent in Spanish
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with social media marketing and basic SEO principles
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, Photoshop, and video editing software
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (SalesForce, Hubspot, etc) desired
