We are seeking a dynamic leader with extensive knowledge in information technology to join our team as the Director – IT Infrastructure. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing enterprise-wide technology initiatives, overseeing projects impacting network, cloud, collaboration, voice, mobility, and service desk solutions. The ideal candidate will be a change agent with strong leadership skills, capable of aligning IT strategies with business needs and driving operational excellence.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic management and direction for all IT projects, programs, services, and policies.
- Bridge the gap between company management and IT resources, ensuring ongoing alignment of business needs.
- Direct IT efforts towards value-driven activities, making continuous judgment calls on priorities.
- Manage cross-functional vendor relationships and assess technology solutions for business improvement.
- Oversee vendor contracts, resource utilization, growth plans, and IT budgets.
- Lead acquisition IT due diligence and integrations.
- Establish efficiency and efficacy standards for IT infrastructure and systems performance.
- Develop and implement business continuity protocols.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of professional enterprise IT experience.
- Minimum 5 years in a leadership or management role in an IT setting.
- Strong business acumen with cross-functional IT knowledge.
- Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of IT operations and infrastructure services (voice/telcom, security, cloud, etc.).
- Experience developing and maintaining policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines.
- Customer-focused with clear and effective communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and lead change management activities.
- Previous experience in a high-growth environment is a plus.
Equipment & Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, use hands, reach, talk, and hear regularly.
- Occasional walking, sitting, climbing, stooping, and kneeling.
- Specific vision abilities, including close vision and distance vision.
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills:
- Advanced computer experience, including advanced-level proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
