Activities Director

Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Resort Activities Director to join our team. As an Activities Director, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating engaging activities and programs for our the guests of our resort.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a diverse range of activities and programs to meet goals of the resort
- Plan and organize events, outings, and special celebrations to enhance the overall guest experience
- Create weekly activity calendars and implement them effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of participation in activities and document any changes or observations for improvement.

Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of event planning principles and techniques
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests and staff members
- Proven ability to manage schedules and coordinate multiple activities simultaneously
