CONFIDENTIAL SEARCH CONSUMER OMNICHANNEL BUSINESS
We are looking for a highly innovative and strategic Director of Growth with deep experience managing large scale paid social performance marketing campaigns to drive profitable customer acquisition. This role owns build and implementation of a full-funnel strategy for creative development, creative testing, media buying, conversion optimization and streamlining processes to scale marketing efficiency on META, Google, TikTok, and other media platforms opportunistically. If you're obsessed with funnel metrics, test and learn, and ownership of results, than this is the role for you.
Responsibilities
- Hands-on leadership and management of paid acquisition campaigns across META, Google, TikTok, and other platforms to drive profitable growth.
- Key focus areas will be growing AOV, driving new product adoption and strong focus on lowering CAC as a % of revenue to 30% or less
- Hands-on leadership and management of performance creative production team.
- Develop data driven hypotheses and manage cross-functional teams and agencies to execute experiments across the marketing funnel to optimize conversion.
- Lead cross functional efforts to drive landing page / ad creative / product feed optimization to improve channel performance.
- Hands-on management of attribution tools to analyze organization-wide campaign ROI and performance, reporting data driven insights to the marketing, sales, product and senior leadership team. Big Plus if you're familiar with Peel Insights.
- Continuously learn, analyze data and research trends to identify and implement opportunities for campaign optimization.
Requirements
- 7-10 years hands-on experience directly managing and scaling a paid social budget on META for a DTC subscription or eCommerce brand.
- Must have complete command of metrics live CAC, AOV, LTV and CVR and will need to demonstrate how you've impacted each.
- Highly motivated to independently learn, test and stay abreast of developments in paid social advertising.
- Experience integrating highly efficient acquisition campaigns with sophisticated brand messaging and audience strategies.
- Rigorous creative testing methodology and ability to efficiently guide in-house and/or agency performance creative team.
- Experience with A/B testing, incrementality testing, and sophisticated measurement techniques and attribution models.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to crunch raw data, draw precise conclusions, and develop actionable strategic recommendations.
- Proficient writing skills with passion for great ad copy and ad creative.
- Strong leadership skills, managing and motivating a talented team of paid social marketers and cross functional experts (internal and external).
- Positive, can-do, creative personality, who is competitive about winning in the market, but collaborative and all in with the team..."no assh*le rule" is definitely in place here!
- Roll up your sleeves, scrappy, and a results-bias is a must.
Location: remote but must have unrestricted US work-authorization, and live in the continental US; preference for EST/CST time zones.
