Influential is looking for an experienced Director, Growth Marketing to drive the growth of sales and partnerships.
The Director of Marketing responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Ad Sales Marketing
- Support development and implementation of a cohesive marketing plan to increase awareness, creating leads for sales and partnerships
- Develop a content strategy for both internal and external communications
- Develop, support, and execute marketing partnerships across the industry (i.e. ANA, AdAge, etc...)
- Oversee content for the company website and brand social O&Os
- Support SVP, Sales Enablement, and Growth in building cohesive brand pitch materials
- Support maintenance & up-keep of RFI/RFP FAQ tool for sellers
- Collaborate on event and award strategy
- Support Sales coordination and attendance for key industry events (Cannes, CES, etc)
- Thought Leadership
- Develop and implement Influential's approach to thought leadership
- Define Infuential's case study strategy and process with a focus on award-winning work
- Share Influential best in class client work with partner platforms
- Work with external PR and design firms to support messaging and materials
- Management
- Manage portions of the marketing budget related to sponsorships and events.
- Attend status meetings and maintain marketing tracker with weekly updates to Executive leadership
- Lead market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth while tracking and analyzing competitor activities
- Set goals for internal teams while proactively managing timelines to ensure on-time deliverables
- Prepare reports and presentations on marketing metrics for the Executive team
- Manage outside agencies in support of the website, collateral, event oversight, etc...
- Support agency revenue growth via marketing initiatives that elevate Influential's profile and drive sales leads in collaboration with the Executive team

$150,000 - $160,000
