Quantic is seeking an experienced and dynamic Dir. of Growth Marketing to lead student acquisition for our innovative, mobile-first degree programs and certificates. We are looking for a highly-driven individual with a track record leveraging automated targeting and high-velocity creative optimization to quickly scale digital products/services. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Develop and implement comprehensive Growth Marketing strategies to grow student recruitment and registration.
- Oversee acquisition channel strategy, test and learning agenda, experiment quality & rigor, and learnings dissemination.
- Diversify channel mix, balancing marginal ROI across channels.
- Collaborate with Data to develop attribution models, conduct lift experiments, optimize channel performance, improve test design and analysis, and develop new measurement methodologies.
- Establish & optimize audience-specific strategies that customize messaging, landing page, and funnel treatment based on attributes, propensity models, and uplift models across channels.
- Develop reliable Creative testing methodologies across digital channels in collaboration with Brand.
- Ensure necessary tracking (naming convention, URL parameters, etc.) and tooling (bid/budget automation, liveramp, etc.) is in place to support and optimize digital initiatives.
Requirements
WHO YOU ARE
- 4+ years of Growth Marketing with experience in DTC, Subscription, SaaS, or Gaming highly preferred.
- You’re “hands-on” and can work directly in the platforms; this is an individual contributor role with the opportunity to grow into a leadership role as we scale.
- Proven track record scaling highly efficient Acquisition programs that optimize for LTV, ROI, or ROAS. International experience is a plus.
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills and are able to apply them to strategy development and prioritization.
- Superb analytical skills that unlock performance-driving insights across channel, creative, and attribution disciplines.
- Expert at any form of large scale media: Meta, Youtube, Search, etc.
- Highly effective communicator and collaborator, especially with Brand, CRM, and Data Analytics.
- Oversee reporting, including key marketing performance indicators, tracking and testing data that is used at the executive level.
- Oversee relationships with channel partners and networks.
